Poster information:

·       Dimensions: The posters will be displayed on poster boards with a max size of 95cm wide and 180cm high.

·       Information on local poster printing company: TPI (https://tpicopi.com/) email contact: copisteria@tpicopi.com

·       Procedure:

o   Email copisteria@tpicopi.com, and indicate in the subject “EPICOH meeting,” your name, and your surname 

o   The company has been told a suggested format of A0 with Height-120cm x Width-90 cm- you can work with them if you would like to apply different dimensions, but the prices below may differ in this case.

o   Pay by bank transfer. You will be given the company IBAN to make the bank transfer.

o   Send the proof of payment to them via email.

o   They will bring the posters the same day of the conference. However, if you prefer, you can go to the printer, pay there, and they will print it in 30-35 min.

·       Price:

o    Photographic paper: 45€ Taxes included.

o   150gr paper: 25€ taxes included.

 

Once you know the day of your poster presentation, we ask you to set up the posters on your own before the conference start at 9:30am each day (if you will partake in the early morning sessions starting at 8:30, please set up before this time instead). You will be provided with materials needed to affix the poster to the posterboard. We will then ask that you take your posterdown at the close of the day. Again, we will communicate as soon as possible about whether you are presenting on the 1st or 2nd day of the conference.
